Help, I don't have a rescue plan!!!

I just read my friends blog (www.livetitrollskogen.blogspot.com) about having a rescueplan if the house gets on fire or some madmen makes a visit. I realised that I don't have one!!!! Should I just ignore the fact that I have been neglecting this all this time or should I start to plan different ways out? Hmm... I don't even have a glass of water by my bed!!!!
